The internet is like a limitless ocean, and just like the real world, there are dangerous waters. To make sure your kid is sailing in safe waters, Ohana offers three key features:
1. Ohana Web Protection
Think of this protection as a magical barrier that keeps harmful and inappropriate websites out. It blocks millions of potentially harmful sites with a single tap. The best part? It's on by default, so categories like gambling and adult content are automatically blocked. However, you can always adjust specific categories in the settings to suit your needs.
2. SafeSearch
Kids are curious by nature and are always seeking new knowledge. With SafeSearch, your kid gets only kid-friendly search results. This feature is supported by most popular search engines.
3. Custom Website Management
Every family is unique, and there may be certain websites you want to allow or block. That's where our custom website management comes in. You can allow or block specific sites for your kid on an individual basis, independent of Ohana Web Protection's settings.

- Open Ohana and tap on your kid’s name under Parenting.
- Scroll down and select Websites.
This is where you have full control: Activate or deactivate categories from Ohana Web Protection, set up SafeSearch, or head to Manage websites to allow or block individual sites.
A Final Tip
Blocking once is good, but blocking twice is better. If you block an app like TikTok, don't forget to also block its associated website (tiktok.com). This ensures your kid doesn't find a backdoor to the content via a browser.
